{"id":2807,"date":"2018-06-30T14:40:03","date_gmt":"2018-06-30T12:40:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ipe.hr\/?p=2807"},"modified":"2018-07-13T14:43:43","modified_gmt":"2018-07-13T12:43:43","slug":"donuts-in-america","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ipe.hr\/en\/activities\/donuts-in-america\/","title":{"rendered":"Donuts in America!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Throughout July 2018 representatives of IPE&#8217;s research partnership will be presenting the first &#8216;<span class=\"lG\">donuts<\/span>&#8216; from our sustainability kitchen in the US and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>We have calculated several key ceilings and thresholds for Croatia, some European countries, the US and Philippines and presented them in scientific and popular formats along the lines of Raworth\u2019s\u00a0<span class=\"lG\">donut<\/span>\u00a0economics concept.<\/p>\n<p>We are also exploring presenting aspirational goals for degrowth-friendly 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0century against the burdens of contemporary metabolism.
