{"id":2914,"date":"2018-11-06T11:17:14","date_gmt":"2018-11-06T10:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ipe.hr\/en\/?p=2914"},"modified":"2018-11-06T15:32:19","modified_gmt":"2018-11-06T14:32:19","slug":"ipe-is-part-of-the-mpower-project-and-consortium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ipe.hr\/en\/activities\/ipe-is-part-of-the-mpower-project-and-consortium\/","title":{"rendered":"IPE is part of the mPOWER project and consortium!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are very happy to announce that IPE is part of mPOWER, a 4-year project funded by the Horizon 2020 EU Research and Innovation programme, along with six other partner organizations.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to managing the energy transition the need for municipal level innovation has never been clearer. mPOWER will enable an in-depth, wide-scale and systematic peer-to-peer learning programme among at least 100 local public authorities, in order to replicate innovative best practices in municipal energy, and develop ambitious energy transition plans.<\/p>\n<p>mPOWER is run by a consortium composed of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gla.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the University of Glasgow<\/a> (UK), <a href=\"https:\/\/platformlondon.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Platform<\/a> (UK), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tni.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Transnational Institute<\/a> (the Netherlands), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.energy-cities.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energy Cities<\/a>\u00a0(EU-wide), IPE (Croatia), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehu.eus\/en\/en-home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of the Basque Country<\/a> (Spain) i <a href=\"http:\/\/carbon.coop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carbon Co-op<\/a> (UK).<\/p>\n<p>We will keep you updated about the procject, and all information is available on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/municipalpower.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mPOWER<\/a>\u00a0website.<\/p>\n<p><em>This project has received funding from the European Union\u2019s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement number 785171.
