A few days ago, we held a kick-off meeting for the project recently launched under the Croatian-Swiss Cooperation Programme, entitled “Service-Learning for Planetary Health”.
We are carrying out the project in collaboration with the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb, as well as the University of Lausanne, focusing on the topics of planetary boundaries and planetary health.
Over the next two and a half years, we will work on developing new curricula and implementing the service learning program, while students from two Zagreb faculties will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge at the University of Lausanne and work on their own projects at various locations across Croatia.
