Joséphine Dumoutier is a French student at Sciences Po Paris. She is currently doing her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, but will join the Master’s degree in “Energy, Environment, and Sustainability” in September 2022 at the same university.
During her studies, she was interested in many general subjects such as history, law, economics, or philosophy, but it is political science and, in particular, issues related to climate change and energy justice, that she wishes to specialize in.
At the Dijon campus in France, she completed a two-year program focusing on the European Union, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Balkans. This led her to an academic exchange at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and then to our Institute in Zagreb.
Her current tasks at the IPE are the organization of the big conference on degrowth to be held in Zagreb in 2023, while expanding her knowledge on the subject, as well as helping with the communication activities of the Institute.
She wants to work for the European Union on the subject of energy justice and equality in the Balkans, green and sustainable.
