IPE’s publication “Commons in South East Europe: Case of Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia” is pioneering work on commons in South East Europe authored by Tomislav Tomašević, Vedran Horvat, Alma Midžić, Ivana Dragšić and Miodrag Dakić.
The publication provides in-depth analysis of nine cases of commons governing and commons struggle in the region – Varšavska Street + Cvjetni Square, Srđ, Ohrid, Skopje, the river Sana, Banja Luka, Luke, Eko-Gajna and Rojc, in addition to an overview of the commons theory.
The authors hope the study will be of use both to researchers of the commons and a new generation of activists in the region.
