Postoji široki sporazum o trima glavnim sustavnim promjenama. Zahtijevaju vizionarski način razmišljanja i poduzetan stav.
1) Zbacimo kralja BDP, okrunimo kraljicu DOBROBIT
Rast kroz prekomjerno iskorištavanje resursa, sigurnosne prečice i zagađenje dovodi i ljude i planetu do izgaranja.
- Pakt o stabilnosti i rastu pretvoriti u Pakt o održivosti i dobrobiti.
Više oporezivati bogatstvo a manje rad. Progresivno oporezivati zagađenje i prestati ga subvencionirati.
Društvena i kulturna isključenost mogu poništiti efekte povećanja učinkovitosti.
